Position Overview
The client is seeking a Regional Sales Development Representative to cover PA, OH, VA, and WV. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role will work with sales and customer service teams to grow the client's market presence and strengthen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a pipeline of new customers in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Conduct product presentations and attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Provide timely sales forecasts and gather client feedback.
Maintain a professional company image at all times.
Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in building materials, lumber, or manufacturing.
Proven success in developing new customer relationships.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Self‑motivated with problem‑solving abilities.
Valid driver’s license; ability to travel regularly throughout the territory.
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation & Details
Type: Full-time (remote within PA, OH, VA, WV)
Base Salary: Competitive pay + commission
