Job Overview: As a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague, you provide outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, creating shopping experiences that make every customer feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued. You bring elegance, expertise, and personalized service to help customers find the perfect piece to celebrate life’s special moments. With a passion for fine craftsmanship and a deep understanding of precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, you demonstrate product knowledge to educate and assist customers in selecting items that suit their tastes, preferences, and budgets. You focus on building lasting client relationships through consultative selling, hospitality, and active use of our clientele program. In addition to meeting sales goals, you promote our loyalty and warranty programs, support inventory and fulfillment activities, and support special events. You also ensure the security, accuracy, and impeccable presentation of merchandise, working with your team to achieve sales goals and uphold operational excellence in the Fine Jewelry department. Colleagues begin each day energized and ready to make an impact. They greet teammates, keep the sales floor clean and organized, and review sales goals, new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions to engage, educate, and sell with confidence. On the floor, they focus on the customer—welcoming, making eye contact, and creating friendly conversations to build relationships. They maintain a shoppable space by processing, presenting, organizing, replenishing stock, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They finish strong by sharing loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have what they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you using the customer’s name. Service starts with collaboration and honesty to better serve customers and communities. Excellence is a journey; we strive to improve daily, take pride in our work, and learn from each other to achieve store results. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. All schedules include weekend shifts. Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors; Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English Provide product recommendations, assist with fittings and digital shopping tools, and create a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping experience Drive sales and operational excellence by leveraging product knowledge, participating in vendor training and events, using point-of-sale tools effectively, and ensuring accurate stock presentation and asset protection compliance Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized and shoppable space, using clienteling tools to promote offers and product launches, participating in sales events, and staying up to date through training and vendor education Achieve sales goals and Client and Protection plan goals Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits Meet and surpass daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions 1-2 years of related experience required Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform
Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, reaching above eye level Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash register operations What We Can Offer You
