Responsibilities
Achieve sales and gross profit goals set by the company Grow sales through cold calling and developing relationships with prospective accounts, close opportunities, and expand business within existing customers Maintain adequate margins on all business Attend all sales meetings and supplier meetings arranged by the company Foster a positive experience with coworkers, customers, and suppliers Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in the corrugated packaging distributor industry Ability to work independently Effective communication with coworkers, suppliers, and customers Self-starter with initiative Willingness to take direction and work closely with supervisors to build positive relationships Strong negotiation and relationship development skills Deep understanding of customer relations and customer service Employment details
