Responsibilities
of RN MDS Assessor
:
Completes assessments, MDS, and care plans as assigned.
Creating and disseminating care plan schedules.
Respons
ible for the entire MDS process.
Reviews MDS assessments when there is a change in a resident's condition and/or quarterly.
Develops Comprehensive Care Plan with the Interdisciplinary Team.
Makes recommendations for charting requirements.
Informs staff of any changes regarding resident care and care issues.
Monitors "RUG" scores for optimal reimbursement.
Monitor and audit records to ensure accuracy and timely
Maintain the confidentiality of all residents, staff, and organization information.
Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements for RN MDS Assessor:
Long Term Care experience
Knowledge of PDPM and CMI
Well-organized, motivated, and professional
Active NYSRegistered (RN) License
Salary: $95,000 - $110,000
