responsibilities: The primary responsibilities in this role will include:
Manage Accounting Department Staff Process and maintain bi-weekly payroll Reviews and reports on all monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements to key stakeholders Monitor and manage financial controls to ensure compliance in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles Coordinates audits of financial statements by independent auditors Management of 3rd Party relationships (CPA Firm, Banks, Treasury) Management of Financial Reporting Ad-hoc Analysis
qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, 10 + years of relative work experience, CPA a plus, top-notch verbal and written communication skills, and possess the ability to work efficiently and effectively with all levels of management.
