As the Operations Central Team (OCT) Pump, Abatement, and Chiller (PAC) Senior Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will lead the long-term goals of the PAC in front-end manufacturing to achieve industry-leading (Best in Class) performance across networks. You will mentor team members, foster a growth mindset, drive global improvements in PAC engineering, optimize operational workflows, and leverage worldwide resources to implement industry benchmark methods. Collaboration with international teams to identify opportunities for PAC performance enhancement is encouraged.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Develop and manage PAC engineering strategies aligned with strategic objectives.
Establish and ensure compliance with global PAC Best Known Methods (BKM) and business processes.
Collaborate with global peers, including site teams, Technology Development (TD), central teams, and suppliers, to implement strategic objectives for BIC performance.
Prioritize and allocate resources for PAC engineering projects, establishing relevant metrics.
Support fab expansion, site startups, new technology transfer, first-of-a-kind tool enablement, new PAC technology adoption, and supplier engagement to meet strategic goals.
Define and promote environmental sustainability strategies across the network to meet corporate sustainability goals.
Develop and oversee performance benchmarking metrics, collaborate to set strategic objectives, standardize PAC equipment, and lead cross-functional initiatives supporting company goals. Provide tactical support to resolve key issues in collaboration with fab teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of leadership experience managing team performance, with relevant semiconductor industry experience.
At least 1 year of experience in PAC (pump, abatement, chiller) systems.
Willingness to travel to Asia 3-5 times annually for 1-2 weeks per trip.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or background in Chemical Engineering.
