State Farm Insurance Agent located in Plymouth, PA, is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a team member for Lisa Zavada-Rizzo - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance. Responsibilities
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Identify and support local community events in our market. Assist in managing the agency's website and social media content. What You Will Receive
Salary plus commission/bonus Paid time off (vacation and sick days) Growth potential and opportunities for advancement within the agency Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams People-oriented, organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented Able to learn computer functions and work in a team environment Ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm If you are motivated to succeed and see yourself in this role, please complete our application.
