Job Description
As the Assistant Unit Controller, you will support the objectives of the Accounting department while assisting operating departments with forecasting, budgeting, labor and inventory controls, analysis, auditing, and operational responsibilities for the units you are supporting. About the FDIC

The campus features amenities such as a fitness center, cafeteria, auditoriums, and classrooms with advanced audio/visual resources. The Training Center includes a 350-room extended-stay residence for students and instructors. Post supplier invoices daily across three operating systems Verify supplier invoices daily Collaborate with Property Managers for approvals Handle invoice rejections Process supplier payment runs Reimburse expenses to clients/tenants Reconcile supplier statements Manage property rates for clients Coordinate with clients regarding supplier payments Develop and document new procedures Maintain logs for internal audit compliance Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience Experience in supplier payments and invoice processing Experience in supplier reconciliations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Property management experience is a plus Strong planning and organizational skills Education
