We are seeking a driven individual to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, sales, and helping families and businesses find the right insurance solutions. Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business opportunities in our community across multiple insurance lines Network in the community to generate referrals and agency awareness Support the agency owner in meeting sales and service goals Qualifications
Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain promptly) Life & Health license preferred Experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related fields a plus Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to help grow a book of business Compensation & Benefits
