We are looking for a licensed and motivated Buyer's Agent who is ready to accelerate their career while earning rewarding commissions. You will work directly with active buyers, guiding them through each stage of the purchase process, while learning to master lead follow-up, client communication, and negotiation.

Follow the team plan Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Qualifications
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Show a track record of real estate success Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Compensation
