We are looking foradedicated, personable, hands-onControllerseeking a dynamic opportunity to guide our clients and providetransformative accounting services.Successful candidates must be comfortableworkingwith multiple clients both virtually and on-site.TheControllerwill interact with clients, their staff, Board ofDirectors,and Finance Committees on a regular basis.

Responsibilities Serve as the outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple non-profit clients. Your responsibilities would include:

Transforming nonprofitclientfinancial departmentstohelp themmeettheir mission!

Financialreporting formanagement andBoarddecisionmakingand presentations

Recommendingandimplementingimprovements toaccounting, operations, internal controls,andcompliancepolicies andprocedures,supportingclient strategyand best practices

Transactionalactivitiesincluding accounts payable, accounts receivable (revenue recognition and billing),andpayroll, general accounting, reconciliations, month-end close,andmaintainingworkpapers

Analysisand datavisualization, budgeting andforecasting

Grant management, allocations, and funder reporting

Prepare for and manage annual audit

Client and staff training opportunities

Qualifications

Passionate about working in or supporting non-profit organizations

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance

5-7plusyears accounting experience

Experience working in a remote environment preferred

Ability to manageand leadmultiple clients, work independently,and be responsiveon a timely basis

Demonstrated strongMicrosoftExcel skills

Experience with multiple GL packages, especially QuickBooks, andelectronic bill paysystems

Non-profitaccounting,publicaccounting experience, and/or consulting experienceisa plusbut not required

CPA certification is a plus

Bilingual-English/Spanish a plus

Standard 35-hour full-time work week, with eligibility for paid overtime for non-exempt employees

For full-time positions, we offer:

4 WEEKS PAID TIME OFF, generally consisting of 100 hours paid vacation to start with eligibility for additional vacation based on tenure and a minimum 40 hours sick time, subject to applicable state law

9 paid holidays

Hybridworkenvironment

Starting annual base salary is $90,000 to $120,000 based on a 35-hour work week for this non-exempt position. Total compensation may increase with overtime pay and eligibility for various bonuses. A professional development reimbursement and technology stipend are also provided on an annual basis. Please note that the base salary offered may vary depending on relevant factors as determined by Your Part-Time Controller, LLC, which may include, but is not limited to, education, skill, experience, licensure and certifications, internal salary ranges, geographical location, andother business needs.
