Flexible with work schedule to cover shifts - 11pm - 7am as well as 3pm - 11pm Financial Reconciliation:

Reconcile daily transactions, financial records, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity with accuracy and attention to detail. Guest Service:

Greet, register, issue room keys, and assist guests with inquiries to ensure a warm welcome and smooth stay. Communication:

Answer and transfer calls promptly and politely in accordance with Prominence Hospitality’s service standards. Positive Energy:

Handle guest concerns and unexpected issues calmly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. What You’ll Bring

Personality:

Fun, positive, and energetic with a strong commitment to guest service. Experience:

Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night auditor experience is a plus. Skills:

Computer proficiency required; experience with accounting or reservations software a bonus. Education:

High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related experience or training preferred. Language Skills:

Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing (bilingual a plus). Flexibility:

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Attention to Detail:
