Responsibilities
Maintain general, revenue, and expenditure ledgers; reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies Prepare journal entries, invoices, and weekly check runs to ensure accurate, timely payments Compile and analyze financial data to produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; assist with budget preparation and fiscal year-end audits Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies on financial matters, providing schedules and supporting documentation as needed Audit accounting systems and procedures for compliance with internal controls and policies Assist Finance Director with special projects, problem-solving, and the development of policies or procedures Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Additional notes
