The Hudson Stonegate Team is seeking motivated agents ready to grow their careers with the backing of strong mentorship, hands‑on support, and real lead opportunities. With our proven system, you’ll develop your skills quickly, gain confidence, and start closing deals sooner.
Responsibilities
Engage with team‑provided leads to build relationships and guide clients through the buying process
Use our CRM and systems to manage follow‑up, client info, and deal progress
Attend regular coaching sessions, team calls, and trainings to develop skills and stay on track
Show homes, write offers, and support clients through each step of the transaction
Learn and apply systems, scripts, and processes that drive real results
Participate in team meetings, events, and collaborative opportunities
Use PLACE Technology to stay organized and manage daily tasks and communication
Qualifications
Active Colorado real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
Eager to learn and willing to follow proven systems and models
Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
Comfortable with technology and willing to use a CRM consistently
Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and desire to grow within a team
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Reliable transportation for showings and client meetings
