This is a full-time on-site or remotely role for a Higher Education Debt Collector, located in Blue Bell, PA. The Debt Collector will be responsible for communicating with debtors to collect outstanding debts, maintaining accurate records of all interactions, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves using computer systems to track and manage debtor accounts effectively.

Qualifications

Experience in Debt Collection for Higher Education is highly preferred

Proficiency in Computer Literacy

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
