Mortgage Processor
to join our team. Position Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Mortgage Processor with a
mortgage broker background
who can efficiently manage files from submission to closing. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working directly with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to ensure smooth and timely closings. Responsibilities
Process residential mortgage loans from initial submission through final approval and closing. Review and verify loan documentation for completeness and compliance. Communicate with borrowers, lenders, title companies, and third parties to collect and update required information. Coordinate with loan officers to ensure all conditions are met prior to closing. Maintain accurate file documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory and investor guidelines. Manage pipelines and track deadlines to ensure timely closings. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process. Qualifications
Minimum
2+ years of mortgage processing experience , preferably within a
broker environment . Strong understanding of
conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA
loan programs. Experience working with
wholesale lenders
and navigating multiple lender portals. Knowledge of
Arive, Encompass, LendingPad, or similar LOS
preferred. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
