We’re seeking a
Certified Community Association Manager
to join our growing team. You’ll oversee a portfolio of communities with professionalism, empathy, and a proactive mindset—ensuring smooth operations, strong board relations, and happy homeowners.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned homeowner associations
Attend and facilitate board and annual meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial reports, and reserve plans
Oversee vendor contracts, maintenance schedules, and compliance enforcement
Support ARC review processes, homeowner inquiries, and community communications
Ensure compliance with governing documents, ORS 94 and applicable laws
Foster strong relationships through consistent communication and professional follow-through
Qualifications
CMCA certification required, or ability to obtain within six months of hire
AMS certification preferred (or in active pursuit)
Minimum 2 years of HOA or property management experience
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in HOA management software (Vantaca, AppFolio, or similar)
Knowledge of HOA operations, budgets, and Oregon statutes
