Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at a food distribution company in Kenosha. This role will manage high-volume invoicing and ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments. Overview : This position is responsible for managing high-volume invoicing and ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments. Key Responsibilities Process, post, and reconcile a high volume of customer invoices and payments. Monitor customer accounts to identify and resolve past due balances. Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment status. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies quickly. Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and account reconciliations. Qualifications 2+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
