Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring GAAP compliance.
Oversee internal controls for revenue, costs, and expenditures.
Lead month-end close: reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
Handle daily banking activities including advances, reporting, and reconciliations.
Manage inventory and fixed asset accounting.
Support annual audit activities.
Ensure accuracy of job costing, labor and overhead allocations.
Validate margin calculations and support consistent sales reporting.
Perform variance analysis and prepare management reports.
Assist with capital expenditure requests and financial modeling.
Take on ad hoc projects as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
5–7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
Prior experience in manufacturing strongly preferred.
