Senior Accountant

to join their team in Bloomington, IL. Responsibilities

Manage month- and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and consolidated reporting. Oversee global fixed asset accounting (acquisitions, disposals, depreciation, compliance). Prepare financial disclosures, support statutory audits, and respond to auditor inquiries. Assist with budgets, forecasts, and internal/external reporting requirements. Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures. Support internal audits and ad-hoc financial projects. Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. 4–5 years of accounting/reporting experience. Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills. Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems a plus. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and effective under pressure. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
