In This Role, You’ll Learn the business from the ground up through hands-on and classroom training. Meet with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored supplemental health insurance solutions. Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and local businesses. Grow your professional skills while making a positive impact in your community. Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, manage clients, and grow your network. Here, your success is directly tied to the value you create for your clients. You’ll have the independence to manage your own work while having the full support of a high-achieving team committed to helping you excel. Qualifications Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. Active Health & Life license (or willingness to obtain—training and reimbursement provided). Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years post-high school experience.
