Commercial Analyst

Responsibilities
Deliver actionable insights that directly support the growth and success of our National Accounts team
Develop and maintain performance metrics to support commercial initiatives
Conduct in-depth analysis of sales, expenses, and profitability across business units
Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate and communicate business opportunities and outcomes
Support planning cycles and lead post-project reviews to assess effectiveness
Produce and manage reporting deliverables
Engage with internal and external stakeholders with a service-oriented approach
Apply logical reasoning and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decisions
Navigate organizational structures and business processes to align with strategic goals
Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in a highly analytical role, ideally within a Commercial or retail environment
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into compelling business stories
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is a plus
