We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to lead our client7s accounting operations and support the financial health of our fast-growing business. This role will oversee all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, providing insight and controls that drive our continued success.
Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, GL, and reconciliations Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness Manage internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness Develop and implement policies to improve financial processes and ensure GAAP compliance Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and key management reports Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering growth and efficiency within the team Qualifications
Bachelor7s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA strongly preferred) 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls Proven background in managing the close process, financial reporting, and audits Advanced Excel and ERP system skills (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally Must be able to work full-time on-site in Hacienda Heights, CA Seniority level
