Manage all the day to day tasks of your agency Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources Be outstanding at relationship building Provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed Qualifications
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up Excellent communication/interpersonal skills Confident, self-starter who works well independently Must be highly self-motivated No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn Benefits
