Staff Accountant - Part Time
Job Description And Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures Prepare and analyze budget reports, forecasts, and variance analyses Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies Support preparation of financial statements and management reports Assist with audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Adhere to company's AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures, and guidelines Other duties as assigned
Education/Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger systems, and budgeting principles Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Unanet) and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Seniority level
