We are seeking an experienced financial advisor to assist clients in designing and implementing strategies to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or finance, a proven track record of creating successful and long-term advising relationships, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in implementing financial recommendations such as life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products.

Develop and provide financial advice and strategies suitable for each client based on their risk tolerance and financial objectives.

Create customized financial plans considering potential life changes and evolving financial needs.

Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously; build strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor.

Gather client financial information to assess financial status, cash flow, goals, and expectations.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software.

CPA license or CFP certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, along with FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Experience as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is preferred.

Strong math, relationship, communication, and customer service skills.

Up-to-date knowledge of the financial industry, products, best practices, and tax regulations.

You must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder and reside in the United States to be considered.

Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.

Within 6 months of hire, obtain Life and Health License, Series 7, and 66 licenses.

If you have experience in sales, military, student-athlete, academically competitive scholar, business ownership, or related finance roles, you may be a great fit.

Compensation: $175,000 - $210,000 annually plus plan commissions.
