Solutions Consultant
to join their expanding US team. This is a
hands-on, client-facing role
where you’ll take full ownership of the customer journey — from initial engagement through to successful go-live. Acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, you’ll combine technical know-how, process design, and storytelling skills to help global businesses reimagine their procurement operations through next-generation technology. As a key member of the commercial and delivery function, you’ll partner with Account Executives during the sales cycle, lead solution design sessions, and manage onboarding and configuration once deals close. You’ll bridge the gap between commercial discussions and technical delivery, ensuring each client achieves a seamless and impactful deployment. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the
technical lead
throughout pre-sales and implementation cycles, driving alignment and momentum across stakeholders. Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand business objectives, pain points, and success metrics. Design and deliver tailored demos , workshops, and proofs of concept that align platform capabilities with client needs. Lead
enterprise onboarding and configuration , managing workflows, data flows, and user roles from kickoff through go-live. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth integrations and technical enablement. Deliver client enablement sessions and user training across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT functions. Act as a trusted partner to the customer, ensuring alignment across executive and operational stakeholders. Support RFPs, RFIs, and technical due diligence processes, including information security reviews. Represent the
voice of the customer
internally, providing product feedback to help shape roadmap priorities. Develop and document repeatable processes to support scalable growth across the go-to-market and delivery teams. Experience & Skills Required
7+ years’ experience
in client-facing roles within B2B SaaS environments, with at least 4+ years in
pre-sales or solution consulting . Proven background managing
end-to-end implementations
and complex enterprise deployments. Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, integrations, and enterprise workflows — ideally within
Procurement, Sourcing, or Vendor Management . Exceptional
communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management
skills, able to articulate technical concepts in business terms. Highly proactive, consultative, and customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on delivery excellence. Experience operating in
fast-paced, high-growth
SaaS or scale-up environments. Prior experience in
procurement technology , sourcing, or supplier management systems. Background in consulting or professional services. Exposure to early-stage start-up environments. What’s on Offer
