AI Solutions Consultant
to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in helping customers succeed on Cassidy by guiding them through implementations, modeling solutions, and troubleshooting complex workflows. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical problem-solving with customer-facing work, while shaping the future of AI adoption at a fast-growing company. About the Role
As a Technical AI Solutions Consultant, you’ll become an expert on Cassidy’s platform, customers, and use cases. You'll act as a trusted advisor, diagnosing issues, designing workflows, and enabling customers to unlock the full potential of AI. You’ll collaborate closely with Go-to-Market, Product, and Engineering teams to surface insights from customer engagements and influence product direction. This role is ideal for someone with a
consulting, technical pre-sales, customer success/implementation, or customer-facing software engineering background
who enjoys solving problems in real-time with clients and wants to grow at the intersection of
AI, SaaS, and customer success. Responsibilities
Master Cassidy’s Platform:
Develop deep expertise in our capabilities, use cases, and best practices. Partner with Customers:
Lead technical discovery, troubleshoot workflows, and guide customers through design and implementation. Drive Enablement:
Build sample workflows and AI assistants to demonstrate concepts; educate customers so they can scale independently. Influence Product:
Identify patterns in customer challenges, propose feature enhancements, and act as the customer’s voice within Cassidy. Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver seamless customer experiences. Who You Are
2-4 years of experience in one or more of the following:
Software engineering with direct customer-facing exposure
(e.g., supporting integrations, APIs, or technical onboarding),
Management or technology consulting
(process optimization, systems integration, or digital transformation),
technical pre-sales or sales engineering
at a SaaS company,
implementation or technical success
for a SaaS platform Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to
diagnose issues quickly
and design scalable solutions. Excellent communicator who can distill technical concepts for both technical and business stakeholders. Passion for AI, automation, and empowering customers with new technology. Thrive in a
fast-paced, high-growth environment
where ambiguity is the norm. Based in NYC (this is a full-time in-person role). Must have work authorization in the US (no visa sponsorship available). Benefits
