We are currently seeking a Mortgage Consultant Assistant to work at our headquarter branch located in the Houston Northwest/Copperfield area.

Responsibilities
Conduct initial pre‑qualification interviews and prepare complete loan application packages and necessary documentation.
Convey policies for extension of credit in accordance with Credit Union and secondary investor guidelines.
Meet mortgage loan scheduling and documentation requirements, and production expectations as determined by department managers.
Assist other Real Estate personnel as necessary and provide general Credit Union information and cross‑sell services.
