Leading Private Credit Firm Job Description
Responsible for deep portfolio understanding and product knowledge across the client’s Real Estate Investment Platform Possess thorough understanding of the firm’s distinct investment approach and philosophy Lead the continued development and maintenance of marketing (e.g. flipbook, portfolio update, data and performance analytics, market environment / opportunity set, competitor landscape, etc.) Travel with the firm’s Salesforce to market Real Estate Fund offerings Proactive and Sales/Client oriented Synthesize third-party market research to identify trends, opportunities and risks for the business Lead the completion of investor information and diligence requests (RFIs, RFPs, DDQs) Manage and maintain data and presentation materials for all investor updates (including portfolio overviews, investment details, risk reports) for existing and prospective investors Perform special projects for senior management on an as-needed basis. These projects may address numerous areas of the business including finance, rating agencies, new products and marketing. Requirements / Qualifications
A minimum of 7 years in a Real Estate specific product specialist role within a private credit firm, real estate firm, an asset management firm, placement agent, investment consultant or advisory firm and/or well-respected alternative investment firm with strong real estate product offerings Deep experience with Real Estate Credit Excellent technical and quantitative skills required to address analytical inquiries and due diligence requests from prospects, investors, and salesforce (seamless in PowerPoint and Excel, and strong overall quantitative ability) Ability to create/develop best-in-class marketing materials, presentations, investor collateral, while leveraging technical product knowledge and market insights Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with keen attention to detail Self-starter with a track record of driving results with minimal guidance Capable of thriving in an environment where individuals are empowered to take on responsibility, collaborate globally in a team-oriented framework, and operate under time pressure with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
