Key Responsibilities Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform strategic pricing, product development, and market expansion initiatives. Provide actionable insights to executive leadership, aligning financial strategy with organizational growth objectives. Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and maintain rigorous internal controls for financial reporting. Optimize financial systems and processes to enhance accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency. Monitor liquidity, manage cash flow, and support investment decisions to sustain growth and profitability. Ensure adherence to tax, audit, and regulatory requirements, staying proactive on evolving compliance standards. Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering skill development in financial accounting and encouraging a collaborative team culture. Partner with sales, operations, and procurement teams to provide financial expertise for cross-functional initiatives and business innovations.
