Business Analyst

Data Analysis, Reporting and System Integration: Liase with Operations, Business Development, Finance, and Executives to understand and evaluate potential projects utilizing NetSuite resources. Convert legacy and unstructured data into usable, actionable intelligence to support business growth and operational efficiency. Assist with system migrations or transitions, including cleaning, formatting, and integrating historical data into new platforms or dashboards. Business Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand and document business processes, pain points, and requirements related to NetSuite. Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for NetSuite configuration and enhancements. NetSuite Configuration & Optimization: Configure NetSuite modules, custom fields, forms, workflows, and roles to align with business requirements. Support the implementation of new NetSuite features, modules, and integrations. Partner with technical teams to test, validate, and deploy NetSuite solutions. Reporting & Data Analysis: Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decision-making. Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. User Support & Training: Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related support questions and issues. Provide user training and documentation to ensure effective system adoption and usage. Troubleshoot user issues and escalate technical problems as needed. Project Management: Participate in NetSuite-related projects, including system enhancements, module rollouts, and process improvement initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Cross-Functional Analysis: Support internal teams by identifying performance trends, operational bottlenecks, and business risks through cross-functional data analysis. Provide rapid-turnaround insights and deliverables under tight deadlines, often managing multiple projects at once. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. NetSuite Suite Foundation or Business Analyst certifications are a plus. 1-3 years experience as a NetSuite Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on business process analysis, configuration, and reporting. Proficiency in configuring and maintaining NetSuite ERP modules (including Financials, CRM, Inventory Management), creating workflows, saved searches, and reports. Analytical skills, with experience analyzing business processes and system data to drive improvements. Project Management experience. Proficient in SQL, Excel, PowerBI, and the full Microsoft Suite for data visualization and KPI tracking. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
