$50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Manage daily B2B customer interactions to ensure steady cash flow and maintain good vendor relationships. Report on aging accounts and secure outstanding funds through a warm, professional approach. Handle cash receipts, lockbox, and ACH payments (approximately 200 per day). Run credit card transactions and set up new customers. Monitor credit limits, assess customer needs, and advise on best payment strategies. Perform aging and collection activities, including reminder emails and occasional phone calls to B2B stores. Requirements
Several years of B2B Accounts Receivable experience. Associate degree is a plus. Dependable team player with high accuracy and good soft skills for building client relationships. Application Process
