Financial Accountant – Contract Role Pay Range:
$28.84–$33.65/hour Type:
3-Month Contract Schedule:
Onsite in Garland, TX| Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM Industry:
Manufacturing Overview: Out Client is seeking a hands-on Financial Accountant II to support the integration of a newly acquired company. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in general ledger accounting, month-end close, budgeting, and variance analysis—especially within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports Conduct month-end and year-end close processes Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies Support inventory and cost accounting activities Assist with integration and system improvements Maintain confidentiality and uphold accounting standards Provide financial insights to operations and leadership Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required Experience in manufacturing preferred Strong GL accounting and financial reporting skills Proficient in budgeting and variance analysis Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
