Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA, Enrolled Agent or Practicing Attorney - Seasonal Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.
What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products; provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance the goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer in everyday language.
Work in a virtual, customer-facing role using video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and active PTIN.
Bilingual English/Spanish (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and empowering them to prepare their taxes; committed to delivering excellent customer service via video and audio tools.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers professionally, friendly, and confidently via video/audio tools.
What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation and Benefits Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with pay-for-performance rewards. Base pay ranges vary by location, for example: Bay Area California: $28.80–$36.50; Southern California: $28.80–$36.50; Colorado: $27.50–$34.80; Hawaii: $28.80–$36.50; Illinois: $27.50–$34.80; Maryland: $27.50–$34.80; Massachusetts: $28.80–$36.50; Minnesota: $24.80–$30.30; New Jersey: $28.80–$36.50; New York: $28.80–$36.50; Ohio: $24.80–$30.30; Vermont: $27.50–$34.80; Washington: $28.80–$36.50; Washington DC: $28.80–$36.50. The position may be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per applicable plans. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
