When that app hits, you’re the go-to for structuring, teaching, and supporting, especially for our 6 NEW LOs from the last 30 days – they need a guru like YOU. Master of Conv, Gov, and Non-QM experience DU/LP fluent Fannie/Freddie knowledge Strong leadership and team-building abilities Relentless work ethic and ability to coach others Experience in structuring loan files and educating junior staff Willing to work 7 days a week and 12–15 hours per day Seniority level
