Responsibilities
Monitor and manage incoming ServiceNow tickets related to timekeeping and payroll
Make updates to employee timecards (punch corrections and shift adjustments)
Respond to employee inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner
Escalate complex issues to senior payroll staff as needed
Maintain accurate records of ticket resolutions and timecard changes
Collaborate with payroll and HR teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Qualifications
Entry‑level; 0‑2 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, or administrative support
Exposure to UKG/Kronos or similar timekeeping systems preferred
Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and follow established procedures
Preferred Skills
Customer service mindset with a focus on accuracy and responsiveness
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Basic understanding of payroll processes is helpful but not required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
