The Manager will lead buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, working closely with professionals across accounting, tax, finance, and investment banking. The role focuses on delivering pre- and post-transaction due diligence services to help clients make informed decisions regarding potential transactions. Responsibilities
Lead and manage transaction advisory engagements for both buy-side and sell-side clients. Conduct complex financial due diligence for middle-market companies, private equity firms, and lenders. Analyze financial data to assess trends, quality of earnings, working capital, and potential risks. Prepare customized reports to communicate findings and recommendations. Participate in client meetings and site visits, engaging with senior management. Collaborate with internal teams across tax, audit, and consulting functions. Support business development initiatives and client relationship management. Mentor and develop junior team members and interns. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA license required. 5-7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in Transaction Advisory Services. Strong background in audit, accounting, and corporate finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Proven ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines.
