Join Intuit as a Seasonal Credentialed Tax Expert – bilingual Spanish speaking. This role is open for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.
What You Will Do In this customer‑facing role, you will assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. You will work toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to locate and deliver the correct answer to customers in everyday language.
Use our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Work remotely 100% of the time, collaborating with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.

Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA or Practicing Attorney, with extensive tax preparation experience and a valid PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, written and spoken.
Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
Excellent customer service skills and comfort using video/audio communication tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.
