The Oliver Wyman Forum is seeking a Senior Analyst to help shape and deliver research that equips CEOs and other private and public sector leaders with timely, actionable insight on the forces transforming industry and society. You will work closely with the Senior Fellow leading the Forum’s CEO & C-Suite Agenda program area to structure research questions, develop and test hypotheses, and support development of content across outputs from rapid briefs to in-depth reports. You’ll bring strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and clarity of communication to fast-moving projects that explore emerging trends and strategic challenges. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of design, editorial, marketing, and events professionals to translate research into compelling content and experiences for C-suite audiences. This role thrives in an agile environment, values clarity over complexity, and aims to shape thinking at the highest levels of business and policy. Responsibilities

3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, leading think tank, or research institute Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills; ability to structure and solve complex problems Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a team-oriented approach Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment Agile, entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and initiative High attention to detail and commitment to rigorous analysis Familiarity with trends shaping business, technology, and society is a plus Familiarity with advanced data aggregation, analysis, and visualization techniques is a plus Your Attributes

The applicable base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $135,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
