Commercial Real Estate Advisor
Sands Investment Group (SIG) is accepting applications for a highly-selective Commercial Real Estate Advisor role. Whether you're starting out or have years of experience, our management team will work with you to develop a tailored business plan. Join one of the highest-performing investment sales teams in the company. Prior commercial real estate experience is encouraged but not required, as we value diverse backgrounds and skill sets that can contribute to our success.
Job Responsibilities
Make a set number of lead-generating calls weekly, as determined by management.
Manage all deal pipeline stages, including leads, proposals, listings, marketing, offers, PSAs, due diligence, escrow, and closings.
Communicate effectively with clients via phone, meetings, and email.
Utilize proprietary and industry systems to identify property owners, research competitors, and generate new leads.
Research SIG's active inventory and contact potential buyers.
Catalog properties by product type, CAP rate, and price.
Assist with proposals, Broker Opinion of Value (BOVs), and comparative market analyses.
Maintain the team's CRM database.
Participate in team meetings, huddles, and training sessions.
Serve as the main contact for key accounts within the Austin team.
