THE JOB As an Accounting Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy and integrity within our vibrant casino environment! You’ll oversee audit functions in alignment with the System of Internal Control and Gaming Control Board regulations, providing essential oversight that helps maintain our exceptional standards. THE DAY-TO-DAY
Responsible for performing audit functions in accordance with the System of Internal Control and Gaming Control Board regulations
Establish audit procedures and review audit documentation as needed
Responsible for maintaining source documents as required
Responsible for maintaining secured document storage
Review and prepare journals and reports as required
Report and investigate exceptions as required under the System of Internal Control
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules needed to record transactions in the General Ledger
Prepare gaming tax/license returns and make proper payment of taxes and license fees
Responsible for the supervision and training of audit/accounting personnel
Responsible for the reconciliation of IRS Forms 1042S and W2G and for the related tax deposits
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
High School Diploma or GED
2+ Years of Prior Relevant Accounting Supervision Experience
Accounting Degree Preferred

Pay Rate Pay Rate:
$27.30
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
