What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers using everyday language.
Interact with customers via state of the art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience, PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) written & spoken.
Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact customers via video/audio tools professionally.
What You Need
Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
