Role: Project Accountant supporting the BOND Building Construction project teams with financial reporting, accounts, and related administrative tasks. Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between the project team and accounting/finance Respond to project financial inquiries and provide timely and accurate financial information Ensure project setup financial/accounting requirements are complete, including kickoff meetings, forms, and budgets Monitor and analyze the financial status of assigned projects Ensure monthly owner billings are accurate and submitted timely in accordance with owner contracts Maintain accurate accounts receivable aging and drive proactive collection efforts Ensure vendor invoices and subcontractor requisitions are processed, approved, and paid accurately and timely Assist the project team with journal entries for financial reporting Maintain contract files in compliance with contract requirements, documents, insurance, bonding, lien waivers, and tax laws Ensure subcontractor compliance processes are adhered to and maintained Reconcile jobs and close out in a timely manner Perform project-related analyses, reconciliations, and financial reporting Provide in-person support at satellite offices or jobsites as needed Assist the accounting department with job audits and ad hoc requests Support special projects as directed by the Controller or Project Accounting Manager Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience Construction industry and/or project accounting experience required Experience with COINS or Procore is a plus Exceptional time-management skills to meet deadlines with accurate deliverables Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships Demonstrates initiative and independent thinking Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Benefits
