Intuit is seeking a Seasonal Credentialed Tax Expert who is fluent in Spanish to assist customers during the tax season. Overview
As a Tax Expert, you will prepare and review federal and state tax returns using Intuit TurboTax products, provide tax advice, and manage client inquiries. What You Will Do
Prepare, review, and file 1040 and state returns for residential clients. Provide full‑service return preparation and tax calculations. Respond to customer questions via video and audio tools, documenting interactions. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the correct answer. Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ individual returns using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) and valid PTIN. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken). Excellent customer service skills and proficient in video communication tools. Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and enhancing the Intuit brand. What You Need
Internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria. Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation
Base pay range: Bay Area – $28.80–$36.50; Southern California – $28.80–$36.50; Colorado – $27.50–$34.80; Hawaii – $28.80–$36.50; Illinois – $27.50–$34.80; Maryland – $27.50–$34.80; Massachusetts – $28.80–$36.50; Minnesota – $24.80–$30.30; New Jersey – $28.80–$36.50; New York – $28.80–$36.50; Ohio – $24.80–$30.30; Vermont – $27.50–$34.80; Washington – $28.80–$36.50; Washington DC – $28.80–$36.50.
