Overview We’re seeking a motivated, licensed Real Estate Buyer's Agent to join Reynolds EmpowerHome Team. We currently have a major overflow of pre-vetted buyer appointments and not enough agents to serve them. These are hot buyers booked for appointments by our inside sales team through our reverse prospecting system.

Responsibilities

Engage with hot buyer appointments scheduled by the inside sales team

Convert inquiries into qualified opportunities and close sales

Collaborate with the EmpowerHome team to provide exceptional client service

Follow the reverse prospecting system to maximize efficiency

Qualifications

Licensed real estate agent

Motivated and capable of handling ready-to-go buyers

Desire to grow income and build a career in real estate

Compensation $75,000 - $150,000+ commission-based
