Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline to meet customer buying/selling needs Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections with professionalism and integrity Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents to provide quick response times Qualifications
Master organizer of systems, files and time with excellent follow-up skills Dynamic, articulate and well-spoken Decisive and proactive in the sales process Strong problem solving skills with solution-oriented focus Possesses relationship-building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities Compensation
