delivers personalized customer service by holding financial conversations with clients and prospects to determine needs and provide appropriate solutions. This position will be responsible for the maintenance of client relationships, with emphasis on

Service Commitments and in accordance with our vision and values. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Delivers personalized customer service in person and over the phone, answering client questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions. Performs Teller duties, as needed, including a variety of financial transactions. Opens and maintains a variety of products including consumer and business checking and savings accounts. Holds financial conversations with clients and prospects to determine needs and provide appropriate solutions. Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business. Builds client relationships through outbound and proactive measures. Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Attention to detail, including verbal and written instructions. Maintains confidentiality. Effective use of tact and diplomacy as it relates to clients and co-workers. Working knowledge and use of a personal computer, Microsoft programs, and strong 10-key skills. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to write simple correspondence. Education And/Or Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. 1-3 years Banking or related experience required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The physical demands and work environment are representative of those that must be met or encountered to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
