Responsibilities
Develop and implement new audit concepts while gaining client acceptance and training team members
Conduct audits on client data to generate high-quality recoverable claims
Perform advanced analysis of paid claims and identify audit findings for documentation and training
Collaborate with engineering to enhance tools and reporting efficiency
Ensure compliance with Cotiviti policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Minimum of 4-6 years of related experience in healthcare
At least 3-4 years of experience with the employer recommended for internal candidates
Knowledge of claim adjustments, provider contracts, and payment integrity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SQL preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Strong interest in working with large data sets and various databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience in developing and implementing new ideas and technological improvements
