Responsibilities
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for a strategic health system network, fostering collaborative relationships
Develop and maintain performance dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making
Ensure accuracy of provider data to support seamless claims processing
Lead investigations into complex provider and member escalations, addressing issues related to network status and claims payments
Act as the internal subject matter expert on operational and contractual details of the health system network
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (equivalent work experience considered)
2-4 years of experience in provider network management, provider relations, healthcare operations, or client management
Strong understanding of various provider reimbursement models and value-based care concepts
Proven ability to analyze healthcare data to identify trends and conduct root-cause analysis
Exceptional relationship-building skills and strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within a TPA, health plan, or health system environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
Experience working independently and navigating ambiguity in dynamic environments
Familiarity with claims and provider management software
